Stefano is the head of CIBO – the Culinary Institute of Bologna – and a chef who can inspire, entertain and educate, in one easy lesson. Stefano brings something infectious to the kitchen and exudes the same passion for food at the personal appearances, events, cooking demonstrations, food festivals and store openings, at which he enthrals and engages foodies, visitors and customers alike.
Stefano has appeared at American venues such as Bloomingdales in New Jersey and has cooked in the homes of native New Yorkers. He is now turning his attention to the UK and can bring something fresh, vibrant and unexpected to the table.
But Stefano is also a mentor and tutor who can train and work with sous chefs in restaurants in the UK, teaching them the secrets of authentic Italian cookery, Bolognese style, as well as delivering his in-depth thoughts on restaurant management, successful menu planning and much more. All of this experience has been gained from running some of Bologna’s most fashionable, talked about and successful restaurants and trattorie. Again, this training programme is something that has worked with huge success in the USA and is something Stefano would love to roll out in the UK.
