Background to our insurance PR, marketing and content expertise

Our very first PR client was leading direct insurance provider, Abbey National Direct, shortly followed by personal lines travel insurance provider Primary Direct and its wholesale parent business, Primary Insurance Group. At the same time as starting our six-year journey with Primary, we embarked on exactly the same length of journey with motorcycle insurance specialist, Bennetts Motorcycle Insurance. Primary and Bennetts became leading players in their respective insurance markets and we helped grow their brand significantly, through our PR and content work.

We’ve handled PR and content creation for virtually every type of personal lines insurance product imaginable. We have created numerous dynamic PR campaigns for personal lines products or written about them in a variety of publications and blogs. We have also been the copywriters for many insurance websites. Pet Insurance PR, Content and Marketing

Pet insurance PR and marketing is one of our areas of expertise, as we have said. In July 2024, to underline this, we published a report that covered three years of consumer research amongst pet owners, which we had commissioned through independent research companies YouGov and Censuswide, as part of our commitment to our content, copywriting and PR work within the field of pet insurance. This communicates how important it us for us to have our fingers on the pulse of what pet parents think, so we can deliver the best possible PR campaigns and content to our pet sector clients who want great marketing support. It’s not all been direct insurance. We’ve also represented branch networks and individual local brokerages, always trying to tell engaging stories around the insurance products that these insurance providers sell.

For the past 10 years, we’ve been very much immersed in commercial insurance – bus and coach and motor fleet, property owners, roofing, marine cargo, agricultural, liability protections, trade credit and a plethora of other covers – even wines and spirits insurance.
